A Journey of the Built Environment at V. R. Bagul Udyan ... photographs by Uma Rege

‘Garden’ the word makes us experience a journey of fun and leisure.

When we think of ‘People’ of different age and lifestyles they build an ‘Environment’ or give culture and character to the place.
The feelings for the place gets sometimes restricted for many of them, though their needs are same but lifestyle is different yet they are bound by the place … may be for their work.
The people who build the place have same feelings as others but they are not part of end users to enjoy the ‘Environment’ though it’s a ‘Public place’.

HAPPINESS IN SMALL THINGS ... photographs by Gulsultana Lanjekar

“there is more happiness in small things if you try to find”
micro-objects form an essential part of human lives….

micro- objects speak a lot .
all that is huge is made up of many tiny things out of which each is important.
we just ignore those things but they give other way of living  life….
Micro-objects  also make a difference to time space and people…

A WALK TO PARVATI HILLS ... Photographs by Sarita Gamare

I went up the hill to pray to God
But found people who had come there to jog
Then I enquired with them whether I had landed in the wrong place
…………
A space becomes a place only when the users are present in it.
A built space for one use may have the same use for another era,  but still it can be effectively used by a new era
